Welcome to the 31ST anniversary of the NORTHWEST SHOOTOUT!
The event is the region’s only interstate high school all-star basketball game. Featuring the top male and female basketball players from Oregon and Washington high schools, the NORTHWEST SHOOTOUT is the ultimate show of talent, competitive fire, and state pride. Since the beginning in 1994, this event has showcased many accomplished high school seniors. Many players have gone on to prestigious college programs and professional careers. Oregon has always been the proud and enthusiastic host of the border battle, and 2025 is no different.
The NORTHWEST SHOOTOUT has teamed up with local organizer SHIRTS & SKINS to put on the 2025 event on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Portland Community College (Cascade Campus on NE Killingsworth St) in the central city of Portland, Oregon. SHIRTS & SKINS is a sports apparel retailer and has been part of the NORTHWEST SHOOTOUT since its inception. Both organizations are based in the Great Pacific Northwest so we are looking forward to an exciting celebration in 2025!
A portion of Net proceeds from these games will go directly to local organization CAMPS FOR KIDS. The mission of CAMPS FOR KIDS is to provide scholarship opportunities for local students who would like to attend established athletic academies, sports camps and any activity of choice including dance schools, art academies and summer schools. Need based scholarships are provided to qualified students recommended by their teachers/coaches/counselors who would otherwise not be able to attend a camp or academy. CAMPS FOR KIDS provides financial support to new and existing programs who need assistance in order to compete.
